- amazing breakfast
- large rooms with balcony and mountain view
- lot's of parking / garage and front of hotel
- friendly stuff
BAD:
- if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free)
- charges in general for drinks are very high
- they don't take American Express "
"Our stay at the Parkhotel Wallgau was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. "As an American, we specifically stay here every time we are in Garmisch! A little spendy, but well worth the splurge. The breakfast is outstanding and keeps us coming back. The rooms have air con, comfortable, and are well appointed with great views! 10/10.

"This hotel is wonderful! We stayed with 3 kids and were able to get together in a single deluxe 2-bedroom suite. Great location close to the mountains, friendly staff, nice selection of food, beautiful area around the building with trees and playground for the kids. Definitely would love to come back!"
